1.) Generate the Promise- This is the critical step. As author Stephen Covey says, "Begin with the end in mind". Realizing your achievement and your feelings once you have "lost 20 pounds" is the driving force that can help you get present. So, take a second, close your eyes and see the brand new you, all the compliments on how impressive you look, and consider how remarkable you will feel.

2.) Establish a Plan- Write it down, place it on a sticky note where you must look at it daily, and fasten yourself to the cause. It can be real straightforward like "I'm going to train 30 minutes every day with a day off every week" or "I'm going to begin counting the calories I consume and my calories used". It must be something that makes clear the act that will create the end result. Your goal was to shed 20 pounds and we need to have a course of action which provides the map to your success.

3.) Chart Your Activity- This is not demanding, just pick up a low-priced calendar, or utilize an online one, and mark down what you did for activity every time and what your weight was.
